I couldn’t get the Anji app to complete the transaction. Ezra called me while I was trying, and we did everything outside the app. He explained which lock to order, and why, and explained exactly how this would be an addition to the commercial mortise lock already in place. He had me send a photo of the existing lock, and had us do a little exploration in our building of what others have installed. We were very pleased with the whole process."
