Problem: Car backed into door which was slightly bent and off the rails. Mel, Cindy, Angelo were quick to visit, assess and temporarily fix for free so door would open/close again! This allowed for relaxed time to replace the bent door. Again the team was great to iterate and evaluate options of replacing a single panel or all panels. As colors of new single panel did not fully match the existing panel, we did full panel replacement. Very good experience in project support. Would use again. Thanks.

Our first experience with ProLift Garage Doors could not have gone better. Our garage door broke over Easter weekend; we emailed on that Sunday night; Melvin Wong, the franchise owner, came out personally the very next day to meet with us and even fit our work schedules; and by Tuesday at lunch time, our new garage door was installed. Very pleased with the customer service.

Mel, offered several options to repair the issue. We opted to interchange the Garage door panels to better manage the damage. it worked out very well and very happy with the results. Ended up saving thousand of dollars! Than you Mel!

The bid over the phone sounded fair. I was going to go with a couple more bids, then decided to schedule the replacement of two garage door springs. They scheduled for the next moring. The craftsman was on time, and ready to go. The replacement was straight forward. Door works like a charm.

Brandon gave me three options for fixing the door opener. We chose to get a new opener, ours being over 20 years old. He installed it on the spot, and it works beautifully, so much quieter than our old one. There was an issue about a light bulb in the garage staying on after the new installation; Brandon followed up with that promptly, but the light bulb went off on its own, and all it well.
