Mel, offered several options to repair the issue. We opted to interchange the Garage door panels to better manage the damage. it worked out very well and very happy with the results. Ended up saving thousand of dollars! Than you Mel!

The bid over the phone sounded fair. I was going to go with a couple more bids, then decided to schedule the replacement of two garage door springs. They scheduled for the next moring. The craftsman was on time, and ready to go. The replacement was straight forward. Door works like a charm.

Tom installed my bottom door slat by the time I went to get a cup of coffee. What a pro, and he did a very good job in less than one hour.

Mel and his team are extremely customer oriented and the response time was immediate. The meticulous work ethic and attention to detail was appreciated. With a last minute request, Mel and team arrived on a Sunday morning and what was a 2 hour job turned into a 4 hour job...and not a single complaint or change in the estimate. These guys are phenomenal.

Excellent, courteous service. The spring on our door broke and they came right out and repaired. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Brandon gave me three options for fixing the door opener. We chose to get a new opener, ours being over 20 years old. He installed it on the spot, and it works beautifully, so much quieter than our old one. There was an issue about a light bulb in the garage staying on after the new installation; Brandon followed up with that promptly, but the light bulb went off on its own, and all it well.

I had a problem with my garage door not closing all of the way and mice were getting in. I called ProLift and they came over that very day, fixed the problem and only charge for a service call. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Business owner, Melvin wong, called me to make sure I was satisfied with the work they had done and to thank me for my business. I will definitely call pro lift again if I need work done in the future. I will also recommend them to my friends who have issues with their garage doors.
