Preferred garage door repair

When I communicated my belief that a fully new garage door might be needed, John stated that he would prefer to try a repair before considering a replacement. John is very responsive via phone and text messages. I needed both repair and replacement of side springs and cables for my (2) 6.6 X 8 ft. garage doors. John suggested on converting them to torsion spring and was willing to give me a quote on both. Not only did he fix both doors, he also replaced the rollers on BOTH of them. John is very courteous, communicative and prompt. Will definitely hire again and recommend him.

John from PGDR did a very good job with the install of a new door opener. As advertised, he kept at it until the job was done properly. The sensors provided by the manufacturer were faulty so John returned them and came back the next day and installed new sensors . I appreciated the extra effort at a very fair price!
