"First off, everyone we've dealt with has been professional, friendly, and courteous. We liked the reviews we saw in Angie's List and Murphy's installed a new sliding door for us in Nov 2014. One of our requests was it be "lightweight" and easy to slide. Well, it didn't seem that way when it was installed, but we were told to give it some time to loosen up. Nope. Still heavy and hard to open and close... 3+ years later. Next problem was the screen door with it. In Spring 2015 (when we needed it, since the door was installed in the winter), the screen door continuously came off its track. Don came out to fix it ("right") and it almost lasted until the end of the season. I spoke with Jimmy Murphy who runs the place... again, super nice and super friendly... but when I reached him to help... lots of delays, promises, etc. I kept putting it back on the track myself for short-term fixes. I called/texted in the Fall 2017 to have it fixed or replaced... no response. Called/Texted again in Spring 2018 and was told someone would be out to take care of it. No one. Another call and text promising to be there "next Tuesday." Nothin. I've had enough. Well meaning group, but lacks follow-through and, apparently, the ability to keep customers happy/satisfied. Hard to imagine that 20 minutes of their time and/or possibly $10-50 in parts will cost them my future business and possibly the loss of others' business (after reading this). Won't use again...."

"The person came much earlier than the appointment time; therefore, I was not able to be there to talk to him, (1) He found an issue (not enough nails) in a section of guttering. He was supposed to ask his boss if fixing those areas was covered and get back to us. We never heard back. (2) My wife showed him an area where he had missed the popped-out nails. He took care of them. (3) Another area of popped-out nails was missed. I wish I had been there to show him these as well, or would have been great if he had seen them on his own."

We had always wanted to add additional living space to our 1400 sq. ft. ranch home.  We had always had (40 years) a cement patio that led from our patio doors from our kitchen.  It got limited use due to heat/cold extremes and bugs.  We had been researching for roughly 10 years the possibility of an addition to the back of our home.   Earlier this year, we were at a home improvement fair and stopped by a Four Seasons Sunroom booth.  We had heard of the company and decided to talk to the gentlemen in the booth to get a better perspective of their sunrooms.  After listening to them and knowing what we had envisioned for an addition, it just seemed like a perfect match.   My wish list was:  1) the addition had to give me the same feel as being completely outdoors; 2) climate control so we could enjoy it year round; 3) spacious enough for entertaining.  Our specs included: approximately 15 ft width X 19 ft depth x 8 ft height (about 300 sq. ft).  Creative Concepts Home Improvements, Inc.'s base price for a Four Seasons Sunroom was $49,700; additionals were:  1) a heating and air conditioning unit $1,250; 2) flooring $1,900; and a separate electrical box $925 (optional).   We had originally included the installation of a ceiling fan, however, once we saw how low that ceiling fan was going to be in the room, we decided to cancel the ceiling fan. It would have been obstrusive in the center of the room due to low ceiling height and additional air circulation wasn't needed.  The heating and air conditioning unit also provided a fan which works beautifully for air circulation if required.

The design team and the two gentlemen who worked on the project from beginning to end were great.  Communication was great.  They kept us in the loop at all times.  Any concerns/questions we had were answered and/or dealt with right away.  After completion, we had  some water seepage in a few windows.  We called and they came and fixed the problem with some "weeping holes" - hadn't had a problem since.   We have an all glass ceiling which works for us since we have a large tree that shades the sunroom.  However, if you didn't have natural shade, you might want to go with a solid ceiling for shade.   The heating unit has been tested in as low as 25 degrees and heats beautifully.   Worked just as well in the hot summer months when we needed air conditioning in the room.  Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner.  It has provided us with wonderful "outdoor" space we can use year round and an excellent space for our ever growing family gatherings."

They were unable to install the awning the way it was originally planned as the header above my deck was not right to handle the weight of the susetter but they quickly came up with a remedy that I was satisfied with. They even went out of their way to replace the siding on my house that was full of holes from trying to install the awning the first time, at no charge.

They worked with my insurance company to ensure that the work performed was covered. It is clear to me that H20 takes pride in the work that they do and that they are committed to making sure your problems are resolved to your satisfaction. Honestly, I can't imagine better service than this."

"After looking for a replacement to store bought-retail gutter guards for some time, I did some internet research and visited a home improvement show to see some commercial grade products. Appointments were made with several companies including Gutterglove, which sells and installs a gutter guard that fits over your existing gutters. They explained how their product is manufactured and installed, and answered all my questions. They offer three levels of guards and we chose the 'Pro', which has the highest cost, but also the best quality.  Gutterglove was prompt at the estimate meeting and on the day of installation. The installation was completed in one morning and clean-up was very good. During the walk around I noticed one screw that was showing on the outside of the gutter, and that was corrected immediately. The installer noticed some shingles that had roofing nails exposed, which he patched with a tube of roofing sealant. That extra service was not even part of the contract.
 
Since installation and while checking the performance the gutter guards, I have noticed two areas on inside corners that have finger sized holes where the guards meet. Without correction debris will work its way under the guards, and so much for never having to clean the gutters again!  I have had to clean the guard tops several times on straight parts of the roof and especially by the inside corners that build up debris in front of the valley diverters. This may be in part because of the flatter pitch of my ranch-style house roof and the long roof valleys, but despite all of the gutter guard companies' claims, there is still some maintenance involved with keeping any guards working at their peak efficiency. This is why I waited awhile before posting my review to supply feed-back not only on the installation but also on the performance of the product over time. With all the mature trees on my property and the heavy Chicago snowfalls, the new gutter guards by Gutterglove are a vast improvement from the plastic guards that I gladly ripped off after years of trouble and constant maintenance."
