"I called "H20 Plumbing and Sewer Services" on a Wednesday to get an estimate on a job and Scott and Mike came out. I had a pipe that rusted through and was leaking in my crawl space. The section of pipe that was leaking was in between two joists connecting to a 90 degree cast iron elbow with a concrete wall under the section to make it even harder to get to. It was a super tight space. Scott and Mike were very honest and told me up front that it would be extremely difficult to get the section out. They told me they might have to go through the kitchen above and cut into the back wall of the sink to access it. Worst case, they would have to cut through the back of the kitchen sink cabinets. That would obviously be expensive because you then have carpentry work to do after the fix. But if the crawl space option didn't work, there was no other way to do the job without cutting through walls and possibly kitchen cabinets. They gave me an estimate for plan A and plan B. The prices were reasonable but I had a lot of anxiety that plan B could get extremely ugly. I had some other estimates and I heard the same thing. Overall, H20 had competitive prices but the main reason I hired them was because of the confidence Scott and Mike showed when they talked about doing the job. They told me if anyone could get it done it was them. They showed a real sense of pride in their work and their abilities. I called back that night and told them I wanted them to do the job. To my surprise, they were able to squeeze me in the next day. The next morning Scott and Mike came in ready to go and I crossed my fingers but was expecting plan B to be a given. Miraculously, they were able to break the bad section away from the 90 degree cast iron elbow! I was super excited that they wouldn't have to cut through from the kitchen above! They then replaced the pipe with brand new PVC and added an access trap so we could more easily clean the line out in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend "H20 Plumbing and Sewer Services"! I will make sure that any future plumbing work comes their way!"

"They did a great job my project was not the norm they needed to install extra fascia to complete the job.SRS provide the facia and I painted prior to it being installed. there sub contractor who installed fascia & gutters were great. SRS project manager MO was very attentive to to my concerns about project and answered all my questions and took care of the process. would hire them again pricing was very fair. Thank you"

"My wife and I were extremely happy with the Murphy's team. Tony arrived at our home on time the day of the consultation. (big plus!!! one contractor no show; the other was late.) Tony was knowledgeable about the products. He helped us make a great window selection while keeping us in our budget. My wife and I decided with the Okna 700 casement series. If you have never heard of Okna you should definitely look into this company. They have some of the best values on the market (U-factor; Solar heat gains). Made in the USA. Unfortunately the majority of our windows were custom sizes. The lead time from Okna /Murphy's was approximately two months from order to install. The install team including Dave, Frank, Alec & Robert were great. They were on time and extremely clean. Drop clothes were always used and they vacuumed up any/all debris. They installed all of the windows in roughly eight hours. I would highly recommend requesting Dave. He does very nice trim work. Seemeless mitres and square trim work. Lastly, the owner Jimmy was thoroughly involved in the whole process. I can be a pain in the *** about certain things and he would always take my calls. Very good guy to do business with. There were a couple small hiccups along the way and Jimmy stuck to his word and everything got resolved. Nice to know that an owner is present and willing to make things right!!! We had always wanted to add additional living space to our 1400 sq. ft. ranch home.  We had always had (40 years) a cement patio that led from our patio doors from our kitchen.  It got limited use due to heat/cold extremes and bugs.  We had been researching for roughly 10 years the possibility of an addition to the back of our home.   Earlier this year, we were at a home improvement fair and stopped by a Four Seasons Sunroom booth.  We had heard of the company and decided to talk to the gentlemen in the booth to get a better perspective of their sunrooms.  After listening to them and knowing what we had envisioned for an addition, it just seemed like a perfect match.   My wish list was:  1) the addition had to give me the same feel as being completely outdoors; 2) climate control so we could enjoy it year round; 3) spacious enough for entertaining.  Our specs included: approximately 15 ft width X 19 ft depth x 8 ft height (about 300 sq. ft).  Creative Concepts Home Improvements, Inc.'s base price for a Four Seasons Sunroom was $49,700; additionals were:  1) a heating and air conditioning unit $1,250; 2) flooring $1,900; and a separate electrical box $925 (optional).   We had originally included the installation of a ceiling fan, however, once we saw how low that ceiling fan was going to be in the room, we decided to cancel the ceiling fan. It would have been obstrusive in the center of the room due to low ceiling height and additional air circulation wasn't needed.  The heating and air conditioning unit also provided a fan which works beautifully for air circulation if required.

The design team and the two gentlemen who worked on the project from beginning to end were great.  Communication was great.  They kept us in the loop at all times.  Any concerns/questions we had were answered and/or dealt with right away.  After completion, we had  some water seepage in a few windows.  We called and they came and fixed the problem with some "weeping holes" - hadn't had a problem since.   We have an all glass ceiling which works for us since we have a large tree that shades the sunroom.  However, if you didn't have natural shade, you might want to go with a solid ceiling for shade.   The heating unit has been tested in as low as 25 degrees and heats beautifully.   Worked just as well in the hot summer months when we needed air conditioning in the room.  Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner.  It has provided us with wonderful "outdoor" space we can use year round and an excellent space for our ever growing family gatherings."
