Keith was able to design a patio that has a gas fireplace/ fire pit and expanded our outdoor living space. He brought out a team of six skilled installers and a plumber to install a gas line that tied into our basement. They took one week to install and excavate. The team arrived daily at 7::30 am and were careful to lay don plywood to bring in power equipment and move out a dump truck full of dirt and shrubs. They were careful to park their trucks and the large trash container to minimize inconvenience to my neighbors. ( Who were all VERY interested in what was going on!) They carefully built a good base foundation that pitched away from the house and provided a solid base for the patio. The fire pit was placed perfectly so guests can use the curved sitting wall and allowing room to walk everywhere. The Weber grill has a dedicated gas line outlet and is surrounded by a wall that is built off the sue of the patio to increase space. My neighbor next door had them build a patio five years ago and I know it is solid so I am not worried about it holding up with Chicago winters. Overall, the team was great and clearly experienced in building custom patios. They cleaned up every day and left only when I gave my final ok. Lesters Materials is an institution in Grayslake for a reason. They do excellent work.

Great design and color choice. Job was started on schedule and completed in less than a week. Beautiful result! Kudos to Keith and his crew!

Great. Patio turned out beautiful. Work was done promptly and professionately. Fair price and you could tell they take pride in their work.
