It went very well. The two carpets in my rental home, which I had cleaned, were extremely dirty and had numerous severely soiled spots. I had serious doubts that they could be removed. Brice, the carpet cleaner, worked on the spots for a considerable time in order to remove them. He even got down on his hands and knees to work on some of the spots. Not many carpet cleaners would put fourth this kind of effort or go to this extreme to satisfy a customer. Upon finishing with the carpets, they looked excellent. Like night and day. Yes, I will certainly hire him again when my carpets need cleaning. I consider him head and shoulders above his competition. In my opinion he is exceptional at what he does.
