We utilize top of the line TRUCK MOUNT units that have 17 lbs of suction and 220 degrees of steam which is much more effective and efficient than portable machines, which larger companies use. Prices stay low because I personally do the work to make sure it is 100% to my company's satisfaction. Often times same day or next day service. Same day try time!! Easily able to add on services when I am on site. Thorough, but quick, job performance. Average carpet cleaning job takes an hour. Jason LaBarge, owner, did an "EXCELLENT JOB" . Tile was very dirty and looked new after the cleaning. Carpet also turned out exteremly well. Great communication.

The appointment seemed rushed. The two men were on time and pleasant. They upsold us a light for the keeping the air ducts cleaner and healthier. So we took advantage of that. Then, instead of the two bulbs in the system, he dropped and broke one. He took $20 off the total bill, and said that since our condo was smaller, we could get by with just one light. (Then they didn't bother to sweep up all of the broken glass on the basement floor.) Again, not very professional with any follow through. When I spoke with him before the appointment, I asked if he needed access to all of our vents for the air duct cleaning. And he said, no, he can do everything from the basement. Then, when they arrived, that all changed. They needed to remove our basement window to run the vacuum hose through. Then, they needed access to most of the vents. One vent was not replaced properly (not replacing the screws into the wall), and of course there was chunks of dust left lying on the floor throughout the condo. Next, the dryer vent is located on the roof--which he knew ahead of time. He asked to use our step ladder which was not tall enough to climb onto the roof. So he climbed up the back fence to the roof to clean it out, and then jumped from the roof to the ground. (Not bringing their own ladder was not very professional, and not very safe jumping from the roof.) Still not sure if a dryer vent should also be cleaned behind the dryer? If so, ours was not cleaned there at all. They mentioned they had to get to another appointment, and then they rushed off. My fault for not asking more questions while they were here, but they are the professionals and should follow through with the customer before taking off. I would not recommend this company. They need to do a walkaround with the customer before leaving a job site. They seem rather new to this portion of their services. They have "carpet cleaning" on the side of their vehicle, so not sure if that service is done better. PS: They did hang an outdoor wreath for us which was appreciated.

Rather you would have let us know sooner than a month later and on Christmas posting this review is heart wrenching. Please understand that every home we service is different and we try our best at each job. I apologize for not having a ladder but I never need one. Most vents aren't on the roof. I wanted to still make sure you received your free service so I did what I had to do complete the job. Most debris is at the end if the vent, not at connection at the dryer hook up. We are hard workers, I apologize if that seemed rushed. I was happy to help hang your wreathe. We very much always try to help our customers and go above and beyond to personalize our service since we are a small family business. Please know your service was done thoroughly. OK. They left the furnace turned off, so things got very cold. They were 2.5 hours later than they said and did not call before coming, as promised. They left the back door open every time they entered and left -- in winter. But they did clean the ducts and installed a UVC light.

"I apologize very much we did not meet your expectations. I believe we were late because my van was out of commission and being fixed.. we just got it back and rushed out. (very sorry) us not turning on your furnace switch on is on us very sorry again. leaving the door open, is a must a quarter of the way because of our hose that is hooked into the furnace mains.. hoses extend to a gas powered machine outside. I remember showing your husband before and after pictures of your place which was never done and an older home.. My work is very efficient and although I was not meeting your expectations, And I apologize as I strive hard myself and my employee to work smart as much as hard work we put in every day.. thank you for sharing and sorry again, [Member Name Removed]."

Jason and his team came out when we needed them and just did an incredible job. He and his team was respectful and were careful with all their equipment when running the hoses in the house. They were efficient in their work and they were able to wash two stair cases and main living room carpet. In addition, Jason took pictures of the before and after and it was awesome seeing that our ducts were clean. Jason, gave us a competitive price for the work and I would look forward to using them again.

Jason was awesome to work with. From the first contact with him via phone, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He was professional, on time and gave me suggestions on things I can do to improve for future. I would (and will) hire him back in a couple of years to clean out my dryer vents again. I had never had it done before and it showed! He also helped me with an additional service in my attic. I will give him as a referral to other people when they need this service done. Cream City did an amazing job cleaning ALL of our ducts, installing a UV Light, and cleaning our dryer hose. The duct work in our home has never been cleaned and needed a lot of TLC. Cream City was very responsive to our inquiry, was on time, friendly, provided great explanation, demonstrated what they were doing, showed before and after pics, and loved our dogs (despite their size and sound). Thanks Cream City for all of your work......it was worth it!

Jason did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. Living in a house where who knows when the ducts were last cleaned, Jason was great about answering my questions and is obviously very knowledgeable about his work. The guys showed up on time and got right to work. They were great about our dogs being around too while they worked. Fair pricing for the equipment and work that they do. Will definitely recommend to others and will personally keep in mind for future jobs.

Cream City Carpet Cleaning did a great job cleaning our carpets! We've hired carpet cleaners in the past, and Cream City did a much better job than those other cleaners. The carpets had stains in them before the cleaning, and Cream City made them look brand new again. They also were able to clean the carpets within a few days of contacting them, which was a huge help. I will definitely contact Cream City for any future carpet cleaning needs.
