They were very professional, responsive and kept us updated on the progress and status of the job. They jumped through hoops to make this happen for my parents, and we all couldn't be happier. Ceaser even went out of his way to my parents' current home to personally thank them. He even climbed up on the tractor to shake my dad's hand when the job was complete. "Matrix has a great business model that works - for them and their customers. They only do basements, which is apparent because they do a tremendous job from start to finish. They aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for! I didn't want cheap. I wanted a great value for my investment. Their wall system is exactly what I was looking for - a moisture resistant design with great insulating properties. Daniel, the PM, and all the craftsmen were very skilled, timely, and considerate. They use an app to communicate the design documents, schedule, finances, and other important project related information. Make sure to get all your needs and desires onto the design drawings, since that is part of the contract you have with Matrix, which is great to minimize surprises and ensure expectations are met. They finished one day ahead of schedule and fully met/exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."
