"Matrix has a great business model that works - for them and their customers. They only do basements, which is apparent because they do a tremendous job from start to finish. They aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for! I didn't want cheap. I wanted a great value for my investment. Their wall system is exactly what I was looking for - a moisture resistant design with great insulating properties. Daniel, the PM, and all the craftsmen were very skilled, timely, and considerate. They use an app to communicate the design documents, schedule, finances, and other important project related information. Make sure to get all your needs and desires onto the design drawings, since that is part of the contract you have with Matrix, which is great to minimize surprises and ensure expectations are met. They finished one day ahead of schedule and fully met/exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"M&E took down a non-load bearing wall between the dining room and the living room giving us an open space living. We are very happy with their work. The guys came every day until the work is complete. They also cleaned up at the end and haul all the construction debris away.
