52 Bad Service!!! Very unprofessional. We had a service call on a broken washer and the tech was only here for 10 minutes and mis-diagonised the machine which cost us more time and money. We tried to work it out with them and have them come back out and they would not even come out again! ...

Wanted to charge me $30, JUST FOR AN ESTIMATE, and told me it would be well into the next year before they could start. 1st off, it's just bad business to charge for an estimate, especially when you know darn well the prices will change when you can't start the work for well over a year.
Salesman and technicians were very professional. Installation went very smoothly and technician assured systems were working prior to leaving. At the follow-up visit, they tested water and adjusted system as needed. Very friendly and professional! Would highly recommend.
