Plugged sewer pipe. 2 men had to run machine from pipe in house out to the street. Arrived fairly quickly, did the job, and left. We were charged for 2 plumbers and the use of the machine and a service call. I was a little surprised at being charged for 2 plumbers but my husband said it took 2 to use the machine, so I guess anyone would have charged that. No problems with sewer pipes since.

The owner of the company was the one who came to repair our furnace. He was above and beyond as far as professionalism goes. He was quick. When we placed the call, he was there within just a few minutes. It was an older furnace and he had a part for it back in his facility. There was no wait time on parts. He was there and got it done.
