TNT Golf Car & Motorsports

This situation went on for six months.

This was the second golf cart that we had purchased from TNT and the third charger as the precious ones had also gone bad.
They want to sell  you the product but not stand behind it. I would not do business with these people again under any circumstances. I would also not put in trust in the Yamaha corporation to stand behind it's golf cart chargers.
They were very rude in dealing with both me and my husband regarding this matter and it was clear that they preferred to deal with my husband. They did not return home calls and continued to lie to us over a period of six months telling us that they felt Yamaha would honor the warranty. This was one reason we went ahead and brought another charger understanding that we would be reimbursed.This was a mistake because as of today 8-26-13, we have now been informed that Yamaha is not honoring the warranty.
TNT is not trustworthy under any circumstances. I strongly recommend that if you are considering buying a golf cart or accessories that you go elsewhere.
Today's date is 8-30-13. Approximately one hour after this post we received a call from TNT and they indicated they would be refunding our full amount for the new charger and would be returning our old one. We have received the defective charger and my husband's credit card reflects a credit for the full amount. I am not sure exactly why we had to wait six months but this issue is resolved.
