His estimate was extremely fair, and offered a little off if I gave him both jobs. I hired him for both jobs and he came out the next week (my earliest availability) to complete them. He was very communicative prior to coming, working back and forth to make sure we had all the necessary supplies. We used a mixture of things I had and he picked up the rest of what we needed. He showed up promptly on the day we scheduled with another guy and they worked all day to get both jobs completed. He returned the next day for a short time to finish the grout, but other than that had everything completed in a day. They were both extremely professional and clean while doing their work. The end results were even better than expected. Super easy and friendly to work with, and charged exactly what he quoted. I will definitely be using him again."
