Joes Painting

Joe came out to look at our house and emailed us a quote. He said he and his crew would complete one room at a time and then move on to the next room. We thought this would work because we could move furniture and "breakdown" one room at a time. As it turned out they had every room in our house torn up and dust everywhere for 2 weeks. There was so much plaster dust on the floor I don't know how they could paint the baseboard molding. I had to make several complaints about wallpaper that had not been completely removed but had primer on top of it before Joe noticed anything wrong; not a good eye for detail. We were glad to see the job completed so we could start cleaning up. A day after the job was completed I noticed two patches in the ceilings were cracked because they had not let the plaster dry before putting primer and paint on the patch. I called Joe and he scheduled a date that he would come an repair and we've never seen him since. He was also supposed to give us an estimate on our Lake House but never did.
