prompt- pleasent- he was supposed to install my fan . since he finished so fast he  ASKED  if   I had any other issues.. He took care of the above.  I would recommend him to my friends.

I took advantage of a new member special for two hours of electrical work.  I had a variety of small but annoying electrical problems to fix such as some light fixtures in inaccessible ceiling areas that were intermittent.  He made repairs as needed.  He also changed some ungrounded outlets to grounded 3-prong outlets.   He also told me I did not need expensive whole house rewiring and other electrical repairs recommended by another repairman. 
Overall I was very happy with their professionalism and promptness.  Great friendly folks.

He was a little early for the appointment and called me to let me know he was on his way, which I love.  Communication was very good with them.

It went fine. We made an appointment and it worked out. We called having an issue with them. They did the work that they suppose to do.

I was at first not happy with the work and they were not so great about handling that. They in the end did get the situation resolved. The service involved them installing a motion detector light and they purchased the product and installed it. The product after the installation worked intermittently and I mentioned to them that they needed to install something better and so I went to get a better one to replace what they had put in. He did acknowledge my concern finally and they did refund part of the Big Deal for the additional purchase that I had made. They did not seem focused on customer satisfaction and I would not use them again.

It went really well.  We had him install a ceiling fan and light switch.  It's all held up fine since he did the work.  He actually ended up working longer than the Deal covered.

We actually had planned on installing a ceiling fan in master bedroom, but that became too complicated, so we used our allotted time to update/replace multiple electrical outlets to code.  The service excellent.

They worked quickly and protected all the furniture in the room.

They didn't charge me extra. I will use them again if I need the service.

I recieved a response right away and the appointment was scheduled in a timely manner.  The job was done in a short time and I was pleased with the results.

Nice gut, made it work even though very old home with new equipment.

So I figured with this deal I would get a new fixture and adjustment of the on/off.  They came when they said and brought all the stuff with them.  Were done in about 20/25 minutes.  Well worth it for the price.

Good experience overall.  Asked him to replace a mechanical light timer that had stopped working.  The parts cost was much more than I had priced out at local stores.  I was not home (wife was) so I would have pushed back on this as the parts he used were about double the price I anticipated.

He is knowledgable about electricity.  He shared more about his personal life than I wanted to hear about.

He showed up on time and did a good job. He fixed the wiring in the ceiling lights in the basement. He rewired my security light outside. And he wired a hanging lamp. All works well.
