Alex took time to sit with us and discuss our needs and came up with a solution. He and his team were wonderful to work with and we couldn’t be happier!"

"I contacted Angie s List was giving several referrals starting receiving phone calls this contractor was one of them, I told him I had a , flooded basement and needed help to remove standing water that was sitting since Saturday, informed him I had at least six inches and is this something he could assist me with, he said yes give him a couple of hours and I said ok. He called back to confirm how many inches of water there was again and said he was about 40 minutes away. Once he arrived he looked and went back to his car got his boots and a small machine and a thick water hose and asked if he could drain the water in our front yard not the sewer and went into the basement and got started, then he went back to his car and would come back periodically to see if the water was going down at some point he came back and said he was done and I looked and said all the water is not gone and was that it! He told me he did the best he could and I informed him I wasn t happy we went back and forth and I paid him and knew I was going to file a complaint because he did not complete the work that he said he would do and if the job was too difficult and he couldn t handle it he should have said something before he got started! I told him when he first called I had a flooded basement, and wanted the water removed!ALL OF THE WATER 💧! Before paying him I made it perfectly clear that I was unhappy because he left a lot of water 💧 still down there and his response was I did the best I could! That s why I m filing this complaint and I m seeking a refund and the money I spent to have someone else come out and do the job right!"

"Everyone that we dealt with couldn?t have been nicer. We had a tub to shower conversion which was completed in one day. Matt, the installer, laid a tarp down from the door to our bathroom to protect the floors. He asked for our input when he was installing the shelves and grab bars. After he finished cleaning everything up he explained how to used the new shower head and what to use to clean the surface. The next day we texted him with a question and he immediately answered. We couldn?t be happier with the job done and the professionalism of the company. "
