We constantly search the globe to select the highest quality cabinetry, with styles ranging from semi-custom contemporary to fully-custom traditional styles, and everything in between.

They delivered project on time and completely meet our expectation.
Thank you.
When we eventually returned to do the design and place an order not only did Igor remember us, but he introduced us to Gene and offered his unique expertise. The prices are reasonable, and more importantly, the quality and service are beyond reproach. We were frequently updated with the delivery date and the contractor was the best we have ever used, would highly recommend!
All-in-all, a fantastic experience, Avanti is a wonderful family business that I would recommend to anyone thinking of doing a remodel, you couldn't work with nicer, more honest people.
"Thank you ! Was a great pleasure to deal with you, hope you guys are doing great !!!! Please Say HI to J. and upload pics here"
Also, I didn't get a sense that Avanti staff was threatened that I was taking advantage of their knowledge or "stealing" their ideas. In every other showroom I've visited, I have felt pressured to engage in a formal, fee-based design process even to have a long conversation with staff. Whether a design fee is waived upon purchase of cabinets or a separate project (I'm a graphic designer, so I understand the threshold between "spitballing" and developing a unique concept. Reasonable customers want to get a feel for the showroom, understand who does the installations, talk about "potholes" in the project, etc. I will say that I have been in galleries where customers are really pushy and try to take advantage of the vendor...we should all take a step back.
Through NO fault of Avanti, I haven't yet gone forward with the project. Vicki has followed up, but gently, professionally, first by phone and then, when I explained my situation, she changed to a VERY occasional email. Vicki also offered to come out and see the current kitchen--no commitment, no fee (though I cannot certify that this was usual policy or just Vicki's particular warmth and kindness). Of course, I'd love to talk design forever! But it was my choice not to use her valuable time right now.
I will definitely visit Vicki in their new location in Highland Park and of all the galleries and designers we've talked to, I am confident that Avanti would be one of only two choices. I really do hope I can go ahead with the project, and encourage people who have felt strong-armed at other galleries try Avanti.
"Dear [member name removed], We greatly value the opinions of our customers. We work hard every day to insure that our customer’s needs are being met. Thank you very much for your review and we hope to see you soon."
I have to mention that Igor is a saint to have put up with my girlfriend's indecisiveness in choosing handles - there were so many options and she HAD to consider every single one of them! I wanted nothing to do with this - so I am really grateful he was there to help.
Our cabinets were delivered on time - just as we agreed on and installation started the next day. It only took the install crew 1 day to do the whole kitchen- very impressive.
We're so glad we decided to go with Avanti and we're loving our new cabinets! I'm recommending these guys to everyone! Awesome job!
"Great to hear such happy reviews from a customer! Word of mouth is our best advertising. Enjoy your new cabinets and we look forward to working with you again in the future!"
definitely be using Avanti Gallery again.
"It is a pleasure to hear how much appreciation our clients have for our customer service, products, and attention to detail. It is our duty to do the best job we possible can for every customer that walks through our door. There is no better advertising than a satisfied customer, and we are so pleased that this is the case!"
"It was our pleasure to work with such a wonderful couple. We are so glad that they love their new space and that we could be a part of their remodeling! The kitchen is a focal point of any house, and the fact that theirs is now their haven, could not make us more proud."
All in all, I am satisfied with how my kitchen will look even though it is not what I imagined the first day I walked in to the store. That is not to say I compromised too much but that Gene patiently worked with me to get a great layout and beautiful cabinetry at a price point I can afford.
"We always try to do our best to make our customers happy. It is our pleasure to provide clients with as many options and ideas as possible, so that they can determine exactly what they want/need in their home. We appreciate the fact that you value our work and attentiveness!"
"Thank you for your review. We love hearing from our returning clients and appreciate everything they have to say. We work with our customers, no matter where in the country they are. We thrive on more difficult projects such as coordinating projects out of state. We have been working with our Italian supplier to keep costs down as much as possible. Thank you for your continued support and we hope to work with you again in the future."
"Thank you for your review. We appreciate your honesty. We work very hard to assist our clients to complete their entire kitchen renovation even though we only sell cabinetry. We have a great working relationship with a local granite company and sometimes they get backed up with work. We will make sure to better keep track of their schedules so our customers have a more smooth installation. Thank you again for your help. We strive for total customer satisfaction at Avanti Gallery."
We're very happy that our friend referred us to Avanti - our house turned our great.!!!!
"Thank you for your report. We appreciate all your kind words. We love helping our customers to create beautiful and functional spaces that are perfect for their needs and their budget. Great customers, like you, are the reason we love what we do and will continue for many years to come! Thanks again!"
"Thank you for your report. We are happy to see that even though there was a glitch in the project due to the soffit, that you understood construction issues come up unexpectedly sometimes and you are still happy with our services. As you mentioned, we re-ordered new upper cabinets to fit under the new circumstances at no charge to you. We want all our current and potential customers to know that everything we sell is under warranty, and in most cases we will fix or replace any issues, damages, or mistakes that may come up. We are committed to uphold the highest level of service for our clients to meet their expectations. We also thank you for your honesty in reporting that you would have liked to have been contacted more often regarding the delivery of your cabinetry. We will see to it that we keep all of our clients as up to date and as often as possible. Thanks again!"
quality of their showroom displays.
The kitchen cabinets arrived in September 2010 with several items either missing or damaged. The bookshelves
arrived later in October 2010, and when unwrapped, proved to be of an amazingly inferior quality.
Despite Avanti's initial promises - both written and oral - to "repair and replace" - to this day -
Avanti has refused to resolve this problem! First they stalled, then they lied, and now, they simply
ignore the matter!
Avanti received $17,500 (from me) on an approximately $20,000 contract. They delivered approximately
$12,000 of viable goods and services. I have subsequently been forced to incur several thousand dollars
in additional expenses to repair, rebuild and replace aforemetioned items due to Avanti Gallery's
intransigence.
This matter is now going to court (more $ costs!) and being referred to the State Attorney General's
office for investigation.
****UPDATE****
Let me begin by saying that money was NEVER an issue in this complaint. In fact, Avanti received the bulk of their money ($17,500) before they even finished, delivered, installed and inspected the cabinetry. That is simply why they walked away from their contractual obligation. There has never been any communication whatever (i.e. phone calls, correspondence) regarding or requesting money. The issue has always been about receiving and replacing the products l ordered. Secondly, l have no clue as to where Yvonne gets the dates and the quotes she attributes to me. If she cares about her integrity, l suggest she first read the various documents and communications in this case before she wildly throws around accusations!Let me answer paragraph by paragraph:Para 2) Avanti was never asked to do measurements for a master bath and never produced such plans!Para 3) There was never any inspection after the cabinets were installed because the work was never finished! The installer, after opening up the cartons (kitchen cabinets) and counting the parts, realized that parts were missing and/or damaged! Avanti was immediately notified and l was informed that an email was sent ASAP to the manufacturer and l should have the parts within a week! Yvonne claims the parts arrived on 18 October. Sorry, Yvonne! Avanti's owner sent me an email on that same date (18 October 2010, 5:03 PM) stating that the order had been placed and that she would contact me within a week. Needless to say, there was no further communication regarding the arrival of the missing parts! Again - Yvonne should check her company's emails and phone logs if she has any doubts! Para 4,5: The bookshelves were unwrapped 10 days after they arrived(12 Oct 2010) because the installer was worried they would be damaged during the installation of kitchen cabinets! Once unwrapped, l realized these were not the shelves l had ordered or the quality l had paid for. These were not of "painted Maple wood" as Yvonne states. Rather, they were entirely of thin plywood with nails and staples visible. The bookshelves l ordered were based on the quality of the floor models displayed in Avanti's showroom. The price l paid was consistent for high quality custom work. That is not what l received. When the manufacturer of the book shelves, John Greer, stopped by, he informed me that these were his "low-end" product - and - definitely not consistent with the fee l was charged. Avanti was immediately asked to kindly remove the shelves from my home. Avanti ignored me from then on!Para7: The cheque Avanti received from me on 2 October 2010 for $10,000, was given 1) before the bookshelves had been inspected and 2) before themissing and/or defective parts of the kitchen cabinets had been replaced - and 3) before any of the installations had been completed. Para 8: The cabinetry was not "designed" or "produced" to my "wishes" or as l "contracted". The dimensions of both the Kitchen cabinets and the bookshelves were incorrect. If Yvonne has doubts, she may come and measure for herself what Avanti's "contracted" plans show - and - what the actual finished product is. l also never complained about the the "quality" of the kitchen cabinets. l only wanted the missing and damaged parts replaced. Yvonne's claim that Avanti tried to rectify the situation is a blatant fabrication. l would ask her to produce her company's phone logs and/or emails to substantiate her claim. l can produce mine! After Avanti repeatedly ignored my phone calls and emails, l had no choice but to hire other contractors to finish the jobs and incur thousands of dollars in additional fees. l had to build new bookshelves and rebuild the missing cabinet in the kitchen. l was never able to replace the damaged pieces in the kitchen because Avanti refused to provide me with a warranty or divulge the manufacturer's name. (Needless to say, l also had to pay, once more, for the new installation.)
