"I am one who likes to use the same "people" even if the proce may be a little higher. I oknwith paying for good work and service. Have had great experiences until the last. The repair work on the toilet malfunctioned and I informed them. They were going to come out and do the work that day if time or following week. Which, with the work you did and it is leaking I accepted the potential delay in service. Offered me a "service" call not a fix the work that was done call but hey, it's whatever I'd rather get things done they debate. 20 minutes later I was informed they can't do the work, due to the "area" and can no longer do any work for me ?.? Take care and I hope for the best for your company and employees."

"Purchased softener for $2,600 a little over 2 years ago. We now have terrible water pressure and was told the softener was shot. Two different reps from Superior Water Systems both told me that I was sold the wrong unit, and re-told me multiple times. The rep that sold me the unit had gotten fired, and that this unit was not the correct one for my home and location. They then offered a "discount", that meant I would either pay them $190 to fix the current one so it could happen again in 2 years, $1500 for something a little better, or $3000 if I didn't want the problem to happen again. After reminding them this wasn't my fault as they sold me the wrong unit, I was told that it was my fault for being the one who chose to put it in. If you're looking for an overpriced water softener that will only last a few years and then be told its your fault, superior water systems will do a phenomenal job."

"Initially gave this company 5 stars on the 23rd of December... HOWEVER, 11 (JUST ELEVEN DAYS!) later and the main line is backing up AGAIN. Called over the weekend, and an automated message said they ARE NOT a 24 hr service (contrary to what the web says..). Left a voicemail. Jorge did return my call Monday morning before 8 a.m. , however offered no apology and no help. Didn't offer to come out and re-snake the drain. Didn't, offer a refund for a job obviously not performed correctly/fully. The initial call only cost $99. I did tip Jorge $60 for coming out out on Christmas Eve eve (Dec 23rd) For $159 it was a lesson learned. DON'T USE ARNOLD & SONS for drain clearing. And don't believe that they're "available 24 hrs" Thanks for nothing Arnold and Sons ?"
