"I had a Mitsubishi Mini Split air conditioning system installed by Four Seasons on May 20th, 2021. The pump and drainage system on one of the three units installed was installed incorrectly in several ways. It was not attached to the wall at first, not attached correctly, the pump installed was too small for the system, the drainage line was too small for the system, there were too many corners for the tube to drain correctly and there was a "massive kink" in the drainage line when originally installed that caused the pump to repeatedly be overworked and fail. None of this information was provided to me at the time of the install, but bit by bit by many technicians in the intervening years who came to attempt to fix the system. They were never able to do so and so the system never worked properly yet was paid for by me because I did not know that. Technicians had to come multiple times within the first 5 days of installation including the day after installation to try to fix the problem. They had to come at least nine times to attempt to fix the installation problem that was finally diagnosed correctly only on 6/3/25. The idea that there is a one-year warranty on the pump is unrelated to the complaint that a functioning system was never installed. All of this time passed because I was repeatedly told by technicians the problem, which they all said was due to improper installation, was fixed and then subsequent technicians informed me that it was not. Four Seasons is now unwilling to fix the failed installation without large additional charges. I would like Four Seasons to either refund me for never completing the job or to finish the installation job they never successfully completed."

"Hector was prompt and efficient. He repaired my dinning room light fixture that kept flickering and going out on me. Hector is a Jake of all trades. He has also cleaned out my gutters and has chopped down pesky bushes and trimmed the branches off my front tree that was overgrown and laying on my roof. Aside from that he also helped me repair my bathroom shower issue. I had a previous repair man come to fix a leakage issue and he made my shower worse by limiting the hot water that came out. Hector thankfully was able to correct the problem and now I am able to take a normal shower again will full blast of hot water. Hector takes great pride in the work he does for his clients and always make sure they are happy with the outcome. His prices is reasonable as well. I am a single mom and he did not try to take advantage of that like previous experiences I have had. I will definitely be recommending him especially to all my single mama friends. "
