Sergio arrived right on time and completed the work quickly at a reasonable price. "The mainline was rodded to the street, and the dishwasher now works properly, because before that the backup was flowing into the basement. Flomaxx completed the pump change, even though they desperately tried to save the prior pump from having to be taken out, I insisted that they change it because the leak had been going for over 6 months, after having the original plumber come back twice, and he had not resolved this issue. Flomaxx also discovered a leak in the toiled attached to the pump, and changed that with a toilet that I provided, and gave me a solution for another small laundry tub sink, that I was able to go get the part from Menards, and change myself."

"It was a rainy weekend…We had rapid leaking from the pipes in our basement ceiling (discovered over the weekend). We had called or regular company and other plumbers/services and all “took a message” or flat out said they were not available. Sunday morning I decided to try one more time. Rob answered the phone himself and offered to come over later in the day. He called back to let me know the exact time of his arrival. I didn’t know the source of the water so we weren’t doing laundry or dishes. Rob arrived and quickly located the source of the water and repaired the problem. We were expecting to pay $$$ because it was a Sunday emergency call. The price was quite reasonable but he gave us a discount on the full service price because he only needed to perform a part of that service…we now have a new friend and a new plumber. Great guy, great service and definitely a great price. *My husband was very impressed that he answered the phone himself."
