He gave us a reasonable quote compared to other companies for a smaller job. Matt and his assistant did a great job and even went above and beyond replacing and repairing parts of the wall that weren't included in the estimate. His original quote clearly stated the job would include taping, mudding, sanding, and priming ? but after doing only the taping and mudding, he suddenly claimed sanding and priming were ?extra" To make matters worse, the mudding work he did do is full of bubbles and looks terrible. When I tried to discuss it with him and find a solution, he hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest from start to finish. Don?t make the same mistake I did ? look elsewhere for someone who stands behind their word and does quality work."
