"I had a really bad shower and toilet clog so I decided to contact flo-maxx and they sent 2 professionals, Garret and Raymond to do the job but I wasn’t sure if they would be able to clear the drain, they definitely cleared it super quick and also cleaned my floor afterwards. They finally left but there was a small leak from the toilet water line and I called them and they came back again to check it and fix it, no big deal they did great! 10/10"

"Week before last we thought we had a clogged toilet.. It was apparently the main sewer line. We called a commercial franchise plumber out and $550 later we thought everything was fixed. This was on a Thursday. By the following Monday we were experiencing the same thing. We call them back out because it was a 6 month warranty. They diagnosed the issue stating we needed to get the main sewer line ( about 1-3 feet) replaced and they would need to dig a huge hole in the basement and etc.. Estimate was more than a small car. I called around to a few other companies and got more expensive quotes. I called A1 Patrick's Plumbing & Sewer Services - Plumbing Contractor & Plumbing Installation and he came out the same night ( last tuesday) and gave me a resonable quote for the same services. When I tell you I am so glad I called this man. My house is 70 years old and my family has lived here for 26 years. This sewer line was CLOGGED... his team dug the hole, replaced the pipes, cleaned them out and discovered tree roots and 4 feet of stuff that shall not be named. He & his team installed a cleanout in case this happened again we wouldn't have an issue getting it cleaned. This company hands down had excellent service and the owner was respectful, nice and delivered what he promised plus a 10 year warranty ."

"When I arrived home on August 31st at around 10:30 pm. I noticed water leaking from my air conditioning unit and was damaging my hard wood floor already. I immediately texted Charlie and asked him if he was available to come fix it. He replied whiting minutes and told me that he could be at my house the next day around noon. He arrived at 12:30 the next day and started working on my air conditioner. He had to cut the drainage pipes because they were clogged and were causing the water to leak. "Above and Beyond is a great company to work with, they are efficient, personable and professional. They had to do some troubleshooting to figure out the most cost effective way to both remove a drain rod that broke off when I tried to do it myself. They got the rod out and dug in front of the house and coordinated with the city to show, with their cameras, that the roots from a large tree planted in the parkway was the root of the problem. The city removed the tree. Above and a beyond came back about 11/12 months later to rod out again. Still more roots. Theyâ ll be back next year to check and will be my plumbers forever! Thank you fo going Above and Beyond! Five stars!!!!!"
