Ken the installer was very professional and very meticulous in his work. He was awesome and did a fantastic job. He always arrived on time and cleaned up very well. "Excel, did an excellent job answering our million questions and was courteous. We had an issue that wasn't Excel's fault. My wife wanted the patio doors that has the blinds inside the window. But the last update that Excel received from our village was it doesn't meet code. So we had to go with the regular patio doors. So once the windows and patio door was replaced, the village had to approve it. So as the village inspector was doing his job, I took it upon myself to ask why the village doesn't allow patio doors with blinds inside the windows. The inspector informed me that we can, the particular code was changed some time back. Excel wasn't aware of the change, so we immediately called Excel informing them of what we just heard. Excel without hesitation got us the windows that my wife originally wanted. Excel made my wife happy, which made me happy later on that night & that night our patio doors were changed to the ones she wanted!!! Thanks Excel!!"

"Excellent job repairing our deck! The job was to power wash, replace boards as needed, and paint. The power wash and replacement of boards was well done. Two coats of paint were applied well. Our unhappiness stems from the finished project's paint not looking at all like the paint chip. We get that the actual paint job won't be a perfect match to the chip, but this was way off and way too light. We noticed as they were going into the second coat and said that it didn't look right. Even after it dried, the color was very much too light. I wish they'd had enough knowledge (?) to advise us of this before they got the paint. They kind of shrugged off our complaint because "this is the shade you ordered." We paid in full for the work they did. Then went to Menard's and found a darker shade of the same paint line that we applied ourselves. The deck looks great now."

Once I removed the tools inside to prepare for their work, I realized I also needed the floor replaced. They completed both jobs within a few hours; they cleaned up afterwards, I am now prepared for keeping my lawnmower and other tools dry and ready for next season. They were a pleasure to work with.
