"Walter was easy and great to work with. We had a water leak in our first floor ceiling and we had 3 different plumbers come out to diagnose the cause and none of them could figure it out. Walter was the only one able to diagnose the problem. Turns out the pipe supplying cold water to the upstairs shower was leaking in the drywall. Unfortunately that drywall is between a shower and bath tub. So the shower had to be replaced in the process of getting to the leaking pipe. Even when we weren’t certain replacing the shower was the right move, Walter was patient with us and was not pushy. They replaced shower, fixed the leaking pipe and repaired the drywall of the first floor celing. The job was completed in a day and half."

"The installer showed up on time and went straight to work. We discussed a couple of issues he ran into and these were resolved to my satisfaction. It's been a few motnhs since the bathtub was removed and the new shower installed. There have been no problems."

"We love our new bathtub, surround and shower doors! Don and Carol came out to give us a price and two weeks later we had a beautiful bathroom. Ken the installer was very professional and very meticulous in his work. He was awesome and did a fantastic job. He always arrived on time and cleaned up very well. We are very happy with Bathcrest of Chicago!"

"From Start to finish, it was the best experience. I was worried about about the project because of passed experiences. But House Doctors quickly put my worries to rest. The Sales team was open and honest from start to finish. Eric and his team were on time clean and did a great job with the shower. Highly recommend House Doctors"

"I had a basement storm door replaced Basement damaged drywall repaired and a huge crack in my living room ceiling 2 smaller ones and 1 huge one they worked all day from the time they got there til the early evening they did a great job would recommend to anyone"

"I had a small job and trouble finding professional help for my small job replacing the shingles on the roof of my wood garden shed -- 12x6 size. Once I removed the tools inside to prepare for their work, I realized I also needed the floor replaced. They completed both jobs within a few hours; they cleaned up afterwards, I am now prepared for keeping my lawnmower and other tools dry and ready for next season. They were a pleasure to work with. Their price was fair."

"Prompt service. Plumber Roy was professional and very informative. With every step, he would ask that I witness to better understand the reasoning. My only hang up was the price of the toilet removal/replacement. $250 seems steep."

"Alex was absolutely fantastic! He was very professional and well skilled in his work. Alex did several projects around my home from door installation to installing bathroom sinks all at an affordable price. I highly recommend Alex?s work. I will definitely use his services again."
