Brian Gould came out and helped us to know the best solution for our basement issues and was most pleasant and respectful the whole time we discussed what we needed. Brian came out 2 weeks before to check if we were ready and if we had any other questions about what would be done. He was very helpful in answering all our questions and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. The crew that came out to install the waterproofing consisted of Cory, Alex, and Jose and they were the most pleasant people to work with. They are amazing and did awesome work and I hope they are the ones to come out to add the wall bracings next week. Needed repair work done ti my stone wall. recieved a call back this week to let me know thst a technician would be in my area the following day, between 11am and 2pm received a follow up call the next day around 12pm. telling me a tech. was in his way and should be there with in 30mins.
