He explained the entire process thoroughly from start to finish; he communicated clearly to set expectations prior to repair. He arrived promptly to start the work and kept the work area clean. Drywall is an art and Mike surely possesses the finesse for a perfect repair. His patch installation was flawless; I hardly had to do any sanding / touch up once dried and prior to painting. He even added a few pointers to ensure a perfect final result. He was very courteous, informative, and quite the perfectionist - he definitely exceeded my expectations and did an excellent job . It was an absolute pleasure working with Mike and I could not be happier with the service provided and the end result.
