Richard's Blacktop

Very happy with the whole process. Troy Wells, a true man of integrity. From the initial quote till the job was finished, I appreciated his honesty, thoroughness, follow through and hard work. Troy is 3rd generation in this business and has been doing it his whole life. He has put together a great team with Bill and Jim and on the final day, after the 3 of them removed the old driveway, they brought in two more guys Ernie and Sebastian, and the five of them finished the driveway perfectly. Exceeded all expectations. I would certainly recommend Richards blacktop if you need a driveway replaced. 5 Star!

It went very well. It went quicker than I anticipated. I have two car drives which were probably about 60 feet long and they took out my old driveway. We were able to basically do it very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised that they could do it so well. The owner, I believe he is the owner, his name is Troy, he kept me updated on everything that was going on and what I was going to do. He was pitching it so that the water would run off the driveway and into the drain. He did keep me informed and I really appreciate it. He was very honest person. I did get quotes from other blacktop people and he was the most reasonable and I definitely would recommend him again.

It went well. Everything went perfect. I have no complaint.

They did not put the new blacktop in to my expectations, my old driveway lined up just below my sidewalk (about 1 inch) when troy was done the blacktop was 6 inches below my sidewalk and Troy had the nerve to tell me that was how it was in the beginning. But I have pictures to prove him wrong. He does what he wants and if questioned he gets mad and defensive. I would not even recommend him to do anything near my house again.

Richards provides quality work at a very reasonable price. Troy and his team were respectful, arrived when scheduled, and treated my property as if it was their own. Each day they left the area was clean of debris. The driveway was pitched for water runoff away from my house. There are no puddles in the driveway after a rain storm. I have Richards seal coat my driveway. Richards sprays the seal coat on the driveway. The drvieway looks like the seal coat was just sprayed on well over a year after the application.

It was about a hundred degrees outside but they did really beautiful job. I was real happy with it . They best person talking on the phone and they also have good workers.

I am happy to give a 5 star review! A better product is used and so I do not have to get my driveway sealed every year. The driveway is not just painted or coated, it is protected for a longer life. Great product, great service!!

Troy & his crew did an amazing job. They did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up nicely. Very nice people and very fair priced. Troy also gave us information on upkeep. I highly recommend Richards Blacktop.
