He was very communicative prior to coming, working back and forth to make sure we had all the necessary supplies. We used a mixture of things I had and he picked up the rest of what we needed. He showed up promptly on the day we scheduled with another guy and they worked all day to get both jobs completed. He returned the next day for a short time to finish the grout, but other than that had everything completed in a day. They were both extremely professional and clean while doing their work. We mention in the beginning that we in the processes of refinancing. He says coming over Wednesday. While me & my husband analyze what we want to do, we decided to wait until our refinancing is done. I contacted him 3 to 4 days to let him know that what decision regarding project he very upset about it, and I say I am requesting to refund the 500 dollars he says I have 2 kids. I have nothing to do with it. He said he was not able to return our money I told you scam. I say I used Angi before, but I didn't have a problem. I am requesting to solve this issue and get my money back."
