"I consider myself as a picky customer so when a contractor meets my expectations, I'm impressed. The team at O'Rourke impressed me with both their professionalism and their results. I was happy with the work they did on my deck and patio. They responded professionally to my "what about this / What about that" questions before, during, and after the process. The only are of improvement I might point out - I would have liked them to communicate better. i.e. perhaps a text message like " weather looks good tomorrow, we are planning to come by in the afternoon." I would hire them again."

"Welding was done on site... and in a timely and professional manner. My railings look brand new, and he installed new railings and gate for my neighbor. We both appreciated his attention to detail.
