"Dan is low key and very honest. He provided several options for us to choose from as far as color and polymeric products for our brick paver patio re-joint sanding job. He took the time to explain in detail what his process was to ensure the job was going to be successful. He was also available for follow up questions via phone and email. The job turned out perfect and looks beautiful. More importantly, it was done to the manufactures recommendations and it will last several years because it was done right."

"I got a number of quotes for redoing our patio, driveway, walk and steps and I feel very fortunate that I ended housing Bald Eagle. From the first time Kevin, the owner came to meet with me to discuss my goals and then provide his quote, I sensed that I chose the right vendor. Communication through the entire project was clear and I think that is rare these days. They even worked great with my vendor that installed a pergola on our patio. The crews that did the demolition of the old concrete and installed the were diligent in their work and always ready to answer questions. As for the quality of the work done, we think it looks great. I would have to say that I definitely chose the right vendor"

"Project: replaced existing driveway and stairs with new cement; installed a new concrete patio I would highly recommend Garcia Concrete Solutions for any cement project. Caesar provided a reasonable estimate and had clear communication throughout the process. They identified a concern with the pitch of the driveway and provided a solution. The workers were always on time and completed the project within the communicated timeframe. We are happy with the work and glad that we chose their company."

"Welding was done on site... and in a timely and professional manner. My railings look brand new, and he installed new railings and gate for my neighbor. We both appreciated his attention to detail. I would recommend him for any construction job. I am presently using Crowbar for a new paver patio. Scott wonà  à  à  à ¢à  à  à  à  à  à  à  à  t disappoint !! He is very busy. Patios questions, answered by experts

A sunroom may count toward your home's total square footage or living space if it meets certain conditions, which can vary by local regulations. Generally, for a sunroom to be included, it must be fully enclosed, properly insulated, and equipped with electrical access and a heating and cooling (HVAC) system, similar to a four-season room. It should also meet the same construction standards as the rest of the house. Three-season sunrooms that function more like enclosed porches typically do not count toward the total square footage and are considered exterior living space.

A Florida room doesn’t have insulation, nor is the space heated, so in most cases, the room won’t be comfortable enough to use during the winter months. A four-season room, which is like a Florida room that’s insulated, heated, and cooled, is a better option if you’re looking to enjoy your sunroom all year long.

Yes, with custom measurements ensuring perfect fit and function.

A deck is typically attached to a house and accessed via the back door. Decks are usually constructed from wood or composite materials. A terrace, on the other hand, is a raised platform that can be attached to or detached from the house and is typically made from a hard-paved material, such as paving stones. Terraces can be built on the ground or on the roof of a home.

In almost all cases, you will need permits if you plan on building a sunroom over your patio, but regulations and requirements will depend on your municipality. Permits to enclose your patio will usually cost between $300 and $1,000. Since navigating local building codes and zoning requirements is challenging—and the consequences of not following them can be extremely expensive—we strongly recommend hiring a sunroom builder to complete the work and pull the permits for you.
