"OK, they are not the cheapest place in town to provide service, but they don't nickel and dime you to death either. They have come out and fixed issues with out charge. When I needed follow up invoice for taxes, the promptly provided them with no hassles. In fact, I'd put their work as the most professional of the entire project. To clarify, they came out and fixed what another subcontractor damaged. And still no charge.show more

"It went well and the job was finished quicker than expected. The only complaint that I had was that the salesman was not as informed about the flooring that would work well with my home and the type of flooring had to be changed after the installation crew came in to inspect the subfloor. They did bring the original flooring that I purchased but I was told by the salesman that if I was not happy that they would change the order at any time, which I had to do that day. They were able to complete the order and returned the following day with my new choice. Also the companies 50% off sale was only for a limited type of samples and we ended up getting a flooring that was not on sale. However the other flooring he was able to sell at a comparable price. I'm sure it was a type of switch and bait but from the prices he quoted we did end up getting some other discounts (veterans, senior citizen, same day contract and quick installation). I did get another company's estimate (which the salesman recommended) and the cost was similar. I was very pleased with the crews work.show more

I agree with the other five star reviews but want to add something that I really appreciate. Gutter cleaning is one of those things you don't want to think about. I really appreciate that Shawn always contacts me after the leaves fall.
