It was determined to be a duct "popping" due to released pressure, and not a serious issue. I may be able to adjust heating registers to equalize the pressure. No actual repair work was done, and the Angie's List coupon did not cover a trip charge, so I didn't get any discount on the bill. But, -- I am satisfied with Indoor Comfort Team's service and integrity, have used them before, and will again.

Indoor Comfort Team installed air, furnace and water heater in just a couple of days, no muss, no fuss. System is working great; much better than our old one. We should have done this a long time ago. Would definitely recommend this company to others looking to update their systems.

The young man was a gentleman and explained what he was checking particular to my type of furnace. While he was working I expressed concern about the water heater which was put in in 1993 as stated on a card attached to it. When he finished the work on the furnace he looked over the water heater, checked the pilot, flame, and any build up or residue that had occurred, asked about water temperature and we decided to adjust that too. He said it was old but still seemed to be in good condition and to keep doing the occasional checks. Then he wiped down both items. I was happy with his work, honesty, and professionalism.

Company is professional with matter of fact approach and integrity. Will also work with you to get it right. Adam recommended owner be there for the day to address any detail situations or decisions of which there were several. Crew was seasoned, arrived on time, did what was estimated as well as improving the overall final installation from previous installation(s) and repair. Inspector commented that installation looked as though the crew was doing it for their own home. Would highly recommend having Indoor Comfort on your bid list. Overall value goes beyond price and this company provides it.

We had some problems with our a/c unit and hired Indoor Comfort Team to come investigate. It turned out we needed a new unit, though they offered us the choice to fix if we wanted. We got such a good deal on the new unit that it was worth it to have it all done. The next year, when our furnace went out, we called them again and they were super quick to respond and fix the problem. Their prices are extremely competitive and they are very professional and great to work with.

He was polite and professional. He arrived within the range of time I was told. He told me that the overflow valve had let out some water and that this was probably due to work the city working shutting off water lines. With the temperature being below freezing and pipes freezing and needing repair, the would temporarily shut off valves to repair water pipes creating increased water pressure. He did not see any indication that the leak was from within the water heater. He charged me just what it cost for him to come out and nothing additional.

Work was superb in all respects. The technician removed the old unit, covered the holes with sealant and screws (this was pressurized supply side), and installed the bypass humidifier with attention to detail that far exceeded expectations. I used a shop offer, and got a higher capacity unit w/o upcharge though I offered to pay the difference. I was given options regarding bypass duct routing, and the end result exceeded expectations in every respect. Indoor Comfort Team has more than earned my exclusive business for both of my heating/airco units.

Adam's team was prompt, professional, courteous and did a great job installing the system and we couldn't be more pleased with the performance of the system. They did all the work, from getting the permit, installing the system, doing the electrical work, arranging for the inspection, and even getting us a rebate from Ameren. The price, while not cheap, was fair and we believe we got great value. We recommend them with great enthusiasm for their honesty, reliability, punctuality, quality of work, quality of product, cleanliness and courtesy.

The furnace used to go out every winter. This went on for five years. Then I called this provider and told them the story. They said that was crazy and they fixed it quickly. It's been working fine ever since. I've told several people about them.
