- Harry the Handymanthe three closet doors went very well and the garage door sptrip went good also, but when he got to the shed, he was supposed to rebuild the doors, upon inspection by both of us we decided to just replace the facial plywood, that he said he had on hand and would only charge me 49.00's for the 2 pieces of 2x4x7's, then he put boarders around the outside of it and then painted it. well now my shed doors won't open all the way like they did, and he claimed it took him 2 trips to Menard's for parts ,Why 2, i don't no, then he claim it took him 8 hrs to screw it all together, i still can't believe this. after all that for the total bill the 1st time it was 619.50 the second bill I got was 674.50 because he made a mistake in adding, then to top it off i was texted the 1st bill, then i ask for a itemized bill and his letterhead, i got a bill for some other companies logo from a different field and i'm a POA trying to figure this out. he is still texting me hatefull things,,,his name again is harry jackso
- Heuerman Bros Trucking LLCI called and ordered a load of Topsoil....of course I thought topsoil was darker in color than regular soil. I told the person taking the order, Alan Heuerman, to absolutely make sure that the delivery person stayed off my yard and to use the field entrance to avoid the yard. Needless to say, I am writing this review because they did exactly what I told them NOT to do. I called and complained immediately about my yard being damaged and Tim Heuerman said that he would need to drive to my home and assess teh damage. I told them that I was not happy with the damage done to my yard and specifically told them to AVOID my yard and stay in the field. When he called me back, he said that he assessed the damage and talked to the driver. His assessment was that the driver was using the field and realized that the ground was soft and was afraid of getting stuck so he used the yard....I was not impressed! How would the yard be any safer??? The ground was soft, but there was not a danger of getting stuck. If he felt that way, he should have called me to discuss another option for delivery...instead he chose to venture another route and ruin my yard. Also, upon dumping the load of dirt onto my raised garden, he drove on and over a railroad tie that bordered my raised garden and smashed it. So not only did I have a yard to repair, I had to find another railroad tie or buy new boards to border my garden. The business owner's only offer of resolution was to give me a $50.00 discount on my bill to cover the damage. I hardly think that his offer was going to put a dent in the cost of resurfacing and reseeding my yard. The load of dirt I received resembled clay dirt and not Topsoil. I am NEVER using their services again....lesson learned

"These guys were great. They knew exactly what they were doing. They removed the door carefully while protecting the paint of the safe. They padded and protected the safe, and then rolled it end over end over the first stairs. For the tight stairwell, they put it on its side and slid it down under control. The whole thing was reassembled in the basement. These guys made it look easy -- they understood how to finesse the safe around tight turns. It was impressive.
