Kitchen sink faucet "O" ring was broken and spraying water all over counter and wall.  They came promptly, could not get the part to repair the old faucet.  Replaced it with a new Kohler faucet (with an extended warranty). The repairman cleaned up after himself and was professional and courteous.

Jerry does a major of the work himself. He very professional and friendy. He ordered the parts and called me when they arrived. He was able to complete the repairs in a timely manner even when I showed up late. He even added a Angie list discount.
