After seeing his trailer with his business on the side, I called to get an estimate on mowing and yard cleanup, as well as gutter cleaning. His prices were reasonable and much less than one would pay from a bigger business. He is a small business with just himself and his son. They did my yard cleanup and mowed last summer, and have done my snow removal for two winters, although there was not much snow to remove this past winter. Every time I call for service they are pleasant ,professional, and willing to please. They are more than willing to accommodate my preferences in caring for my lawn and bushes. Therefore I have signed a contract with them for lawn care again this summer and had them clean up my yard and cleaning the gutters. The quality of work is excellent and they go over and above others I have employed in the past. My yard waste was hauled off and not left for me to dispose of. They also gave me a $25 dollar discount for referring a friend and they also give seniors a break on their fees if they sign a contract with them. I have used their service for nearly two years and have no complaints

Well, with freezing temperatures making that an impossibility, I gave On The Top Roofing a call based on previous work and he said that he would help get this addressed. With a break in the weather coming through on a weekend, he drove down, did the job and reported the work with me being 700 miles away. He showed up exactly as scheduled and was very professional in getting the cleaning done . . . cleaned up the ground with what he had removed from the gutters and took care of what had been bugging me since moving in. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at having work done that falls under his scope of expertise. "I hired Titan Construction two years ago to install new siding and a new roof. Work was done to my satisfaction. The area around the house was cleaned at the end of the work day. Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several.
