"What they did for me was to raise and level my floors and install a floor joist where there had never been one. My home is 114 years old and has been neglected. "A tree branch fell on an outbuilding knocking off a wood burning stove chimney and damaging the cedar shake roof.  Mike was able to come out the next morning after I called to assess the damage.  He promised to be back that afternoon to start the repairs and he kept that promise.  This impressed me a great deal as it was a 30 minute drive each way.  He patiently explained what they were doing each step of the repairs.  At one point he ran into some unforseen difficulty which ended up causing the repairs to take much longer than expected, but at no point did he consider any shortcuts.  He insisted on doing only the best work even though this was only an outbuilding and no one would be looking at it.  It was getting late in the day, but Mike insisted on completing the work as the weather forecast called for rain the next day. The repairs ended up taking up to sunset, but the forecast was correct as the next day it rained a lot.  Mike called me that day to make sure that there wasn't any leaks.  Agape is a great company They perform only excellent work and they stand by their work.  I wholeheartedly recommend them for any roofing needs..

"Basement Seepage Solutions was my fifth quote. I almost canceled because I was sick of getting quotes and all the big companies charge about the same $70-90 per foot of drain tiles. Matthew's company beat these quotes hands down. He charges $50 a foot plus $10 off a foot for Angies list members (a savings of $1000 for me.). This company beat the next lowest quote by $3,600 so this was a no brainer. Matthew's company did excellent work. They were on time and professional and communicated with me the entire time. Also, Matt is on site during the process and is not just a sales man who comes for a quote then sends out a crew. The job took two days mainly due to the Villages inspection schedule. But I think this is preferable over the big companies that want to do it all in one day but are in your house from 8-8. Highly recommend if you need any sort of basement work done"
