They explained the changes and showed me a problem I still had but will be solved when I have my new flooring installed. 2 day later Chris and his crew (I wasn't home, so I am not sure who all came with him). came out and resolved my concerns and went beyond what I expected them to do."

"This review is well over due. Now that we have the drain tile system we have not received any flooding The day he began Brian's team came to our house promptly in the morning at 8am. They immediately started jack hammering the floor around the perimeter of the basement. While two men jack hammered on opposite ends the rest of the team followed behind them clearing debris and bringing the large pieces to a truck to be hauled away. They then installed the drain pipe, sump pumps, and poured cement. They were able to compete the project within 8 hours. I was definitely impressed! Now that it is a year later with 3 seasons behind us we cannot complain about his installation of the drainage system. Furthermore, one year later he still provided us with exceptional customer service. Oddly enough our pipes connected to our sump pump that takes the water from the drain tile to the backyard became detached. He responded asap with putting the detached pipes from the sump pump back together and making sure what happened will not happen again. What I liked about him in comparison to the other companies was his approach. No sales techniques, nothing gimmicky just genuine and straight shooter type of guy. He believes in his service, no thrills and whistles to the product. Just common sense solutions with quality service. It's your house your investment. Call this guy, no "BS" to it. He won't let you down.

"I called the company to have them come and look at some shingles that were not laying correctly.  Prior to their arrival, my daughter backed one of our vehicles into the side of the garage while pulling out, bending the track for the garage door and damaging the side of the garage (broke the 2x4, split the sheeting, etc.).  Mike came out on a holiday because I am in the process of selling my home and needed to have the repairs made ASAP.  He completed not only the roof repair, but replaced the side of the garage and straightened the garage door track.,  And, he cleaned up the garage when he was done.  This company has been extremely responsive and Mike genuinely cares about his customers.  He is friendly and caring and has been a pleasure to work with.  Because of him, I think my house is sold and the family buying it is happy with the repairs completed."

I would tell anybody if you have an house, you need to have them. They have been very good to deal with. They were very polite, and very professional. It took about three hours to complete. "Basement Seepage Solutions was my fifth quote. I almost canceled because I was sick of getting quotes and all the big companies charge about the same $70-90 per foot of drain tiles. Matthew's company beat these quotes hands down. He charges $50 a foot plus $10 off a foot for Angies list members (a savings of $1000 for me.). This company beat the next lowest quote by $3,600 so this was a no brainer. Matthew's company did excellent work. They were on time and professional and communicated with me the entire time. Also, Matt is on site during the process and is not just a sales man who comes for a quote then sends out a crew. The job took two days mainly due to the Villages inspection schedule. But I think this is preferable over the big companies that want to do it all in one day but are in your house from 8-8. Highly recommend if you need any sort of basement work done"
