They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. "After my Father passed away, and while I was getting ready to sell his house, I noticed the floors did not seem level and they seemed to be getting increasingly worse. The owner, Frank Matyiko, came to the house the very next day and diagnosed the problem.  He concluded that the main structural support beam was a rotting wood beam and that it needed to be replaced with an engineered approved steel beam that could support the weight of the floor.
