"We hired Brian to waterproof our basement last year but this year, we received a heavy rainstorm that created massive flooding around the area. Everything Brian waterproofed was bone dry but there was an exit door entry way that we never even considered waterproofing. The door held back most of the water but it managed to get in through the cracks of the door. 

I contacted multiple companies that night and the next morning, but Brian was the only one who responded back first thing in the morning. He agreed to meet us at our house to assess the problem, and we appreciated that he arrived quickly. After evaluating multiple options, Brian told us that we needed a sump pump and drain tile installed to permanently fix this problem. He initially scheduled us for the next Monday, but after understanding our urgency, he bumped us up to the next day. After some heavy rains, we noticed that we were still getting some seepage in our "waterproofed" basement. After contacting Brian (for our lifetime warranty or whatever), he said he would come out. He then proceeded to cancel/make an excuse the next 3-4 appointments. Then he just stopped responding to emails/calls. We're very disappointed because we really liked Brian. Now we have to open the walls to see where the seepage is coming in and call someone else to seal them."

"Tried to get a qoute, but they said he would give a qoute after arriving! Qoute too high he started to leave but did not replace clean-out cover! When I informed him I was too old to replace cover and concrete block! I could see he was angry! Later when doing laundry, notice water coming out of clean-out area! Now I will have to get somebody to fix it for me!"

"I was very worried about my foundation since my sidewalks were tilted in toward the foundation after sinking in from their original position. My foundation is styrofoam, and I was afraid we would gouge the foundation since flashing had been glued to the foundation. Roger Webb was here on the date written on his proposal. I was amazed that the work was completed in 3 days. He removed and hauled away my original sidewalks. He installed french drains to re-route rain water going toward my house. New sidewalks were poured. A deck was removed, and reinstalled on the new sidewalks. Finally, gravel was applied next to the new sidewalks, and all extra gravel was applied to the gravel driveway. RW Construction is a reliable and talented group. They were friendly, and glad to accommodate all my special requests. I will use them for other projects in the future, and I highly recommend them for a variety of construction projects as they build complete homes from start to finish."

In addition to the paint, which looks great, he spent at least 10 hours repairing damage caused by my flooring contractor (and somehow managed to make an entire houseful of badly damaged trim look nearly as good as new). All work was done professionally and at a very reasonable cost. Punchlist items were taken care of promptly.
