The house we bought had a washer, dryer and hot water tank in the kitchen. Well, needless to say, they needed a place they could call their own. Being the bathroom was the smallest room in the house and already shared it space with the furnace, we decided that would be a great place for the washer, dryer & hot water tank to take up residency. We then decided the bathroom would work out great in the room just next to the original, it is a tad bit larger. Arnold did a fabulous job moving and hooking up the plumbing. He not only did what needed to be done, he made sure that the drains were all up to par. He did the necessary improvements to assure everything was satisfactory.
