In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Please understand that we do not do free estimates as we are not contractors. Our work involves coming out to a site, making observations, and taking any required measurements. Following this, an analysis is performed and conclusions are formed to determine how to proceed if any structural deficiencies are determined to be found.

She took her time, answered all of our questions, and gave us advice on other concerns and things to watch out for as well as reassuring us about things we didn't need to worry about in this situation. Even though she was probably working past her normal work hours to squeeze us in, nothing felt rushed or hasty. "

Eventually over the years it became a huge problem whenever there was significant rain, which happened frequently. In August 2018 we unfinished the impacted part of the basement and obtained quotes for a repair. Seepageseal was by far the most responsive and most reasonable. They did not press us into a large scale expensive solution. They installed a vapor barrier and drain tiles, in addition to a sump pump. They brought in an experienced team that quickly, cleanly and efficiently completed the installation. It is now April 2019 and we have endured numerous rain storms that have flooded our neighbors basements. Their solution has proven 100% successful. We highly recommend this company."
