Jose came out right away and quickly diagnosed what happened (Sump Pump failure) and then took me through all the options -- Good, Better, Best to fix it. I ended up going with the Better option. They scheduled the work quickly and I was very happy with the professionalism of the 3 installation people that came out led by Mauricio who installed a new sump pump and a battery backup sump pump so that I have insurance in case the main sump pump fails or there is a power issue. Could not be more satisfied with US Waterproofing. I highly recommend them!"

"I spoke with Daniel on 1st day, we conversed back and forth. Right away he stated they could fix the door to close properly. Sent pics, he gave quote and stuck by that amount. Later we wanted door plate done as well. Extra amount was fair. The worker was most efficient and no nonsense, didn't stop until he was done. Very happy. "When you hire someone to do a major project like reworking your basement so it doesn't flood, you hope that they 1. solve the problem and 2. stand by their work. Our situation was challenging in that it took a few tries and commitment to solve the problem. Acculevel stood by their work 120% which is not an exaggeration. When their initial solution unfortunately did not work as well as planned, the level of care and things they did to remedy the situation were well above and beyond what I know others would have done. They made it right and then some. It is my opinion that the challenges we faced would have occurred with ANY provider, but Acculevel kept their promise to fix our problem vs find a way to exit. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Quality windows were installed in my garage. Contractor matched the exterior painting perfectly. He fixed the bannister and wood planks on my deck using like kind and quality materials. He also secured a soffit where wasps had entry to my attic. He tiled areas in my lower level that required new tile after a drain tile contractor did their work. In addition to tile work that needed to be done he replaced the base boards. His work was professional and he went to all lengths to perform quality work with quality product. This work was done over the course of a few months, approximately, March through July 2019"
