"I needed a sump pump discharge bubbler pot moved farther inside my property's lot line and it had to be done within a 2 week deadline. I've used US Waterproofing before so I called them and they were able to move the sump discharge within the deadline, even though it was winter. (Luckily we had 1 Saturday with temperatures in the 40's!) Everyone from Dawn in their office, to Anthony who came  out for the estimate to the 2 men who actually did the work, went above and beyond to help me with this problem.

"When you hire someone to do a major project like reworking your basement so it doesn't flood, you hope that they 1. solve the problem and 2. stand by their work. Our situation was challenging in that it took a few tries and commitment to solve the problem. Acculevel stood by their work 120% which is not an exaggeration. When their initial solution unfortunately did not work as well as planned, the level of care and things they did to remedy the situation were well above and beyond what I know others would have done. They made it right and then some. It is my opinion that the challenges we faced would have occurred with ANY provider, but Acculevel kept their promise to fix our problem vs find a way to exit. "Most of the employees were conscientious Work lasted about a week and was the installation of a waterproofing system in my interior basement. The cement over the drain is very uneven with the existing flooring in much of the area. No way could carpet be used after this. Anyone contemplating this same kind of work should specify floor must be level and ask to see actual material covering the walls, not just pictures to avoid surprises. Clearly much of my disappointment would have been avoided if I had been more fastidious in my specifications and investigations."
