Tom was an incredible resource and project manager for our home backyard project. He worked with us to get the brick materials we wanted for our patio. He helped us install an area of artificial turf as well. His team worked hard and were working every day during the work week until project completed. Highly recommend Tom!

Very quick communications and delivered on my first choice of delivery day.

Good.  Came out on time and completed on time.  Noticed a couple of issues with the job and came out with 3 business days to remedy the problems.  The issues were that one of the edges of the patio had to be sealed to prevent erosion of the sand beneath the patio.  This was a unique issue because of the grade of a handicap accessible ramp adjacent to the patio.

I placed an order on Wednesday and agreed to a delivery time for Friday.  Since they have delivered to my condo in the past, they are aware of the parking and rear delivery.  My order was delivered on time and as promised.

It is a small business and you talk to Tom, the owner.  He comes out to do the estimate.  I have priced him before and he seemed pretty competitive.  I like him.  He is pretty professional and he knows what he is doing.

There was an issue over damage that was one to our garage door during the snow removal season, and repayment from the company. They never did re-pay us for the damage that they did.

They were very prompt, professional and responsive. They came on time and finished the work in timely manner. They did a very good job.

Overall they do a pretty good job. We have had some issues of where they put the snow, but that has resolved. So far, they have come out when we have had two inches of snow or more. We haven't had any problems with them.

Tom's guys do a great job. I have had nothing but the best from them. Last year, for a little bit more money--they planted all of my flower boxes and maintained them. I've been very happy with their services.

Attempts to contact the owner of the company to request reimbursement for costs associated and copies of their insurance policy have been futile. I did speak with Jay initially (who I believe to be the owner) who first indicated that is was not his fault because the electrical line was not good. Upon my telling him that ComEd had already come out to state that it was not their fault and that they would file an internal claim against him, he said that he was merely a salesman and independent contractor. Their business card states that they are fully insured, (see copy of business card attached) but they have yet to produce a copy of their policy, so I am unsure of what is the truth. I requested a copy directly from the neighbor, but they did not retain one. To my knowledge, they are operating without insurance. Everything aside, the quality of their work was horrid - they cut down branches into other people's backyards and knocked down a fence and neglected to tell anyone.
