"Romy was punctual, efficient, informative and helpful. After the inspection/cleanup I asked about some leakage we'd had on the wall opposite the sump. I wondered whether the leaking might be the result of failure of our 24-year old end unit's drain tile. Looking at the problem area, he explained why it was more likely caused by water leaking through cracks in the wall. He gave me a rough idea of what it would cost to correct. (I only needed a rough idea since I don't plan any immediate repairs, because our own surface sealing has held up so far.)"
