I have seldom had a more seamless experience working with a contractor than I have had with Pavlos. Last year he repaired my wooden backyard fence, and yesterday he completed the restoration of my unusual 100-year-old front door. As other reviewers have remarked, he is everything you want in a contractor-- prompt, courteous, responsive, flexible, talented, experienced, tidy and price-competitive. I look forward to having him do other projects in the future.

Pavlos was terrific. He offered the best price, showed up quickly, was always on time, and was very conscientious of our time, cleanliness, and noise. He was also very sweet to our dog and a delight to have in our home. We ended up sending him home with some baked good in addition to payment. We will use him again any time we get the chance.

They arrived on time and worked quickly. I’m happy with the installation they did in my garage.

Pavlos did a great job. He is conscientious and capable. If he’s unfamiliar with something, he does the research and performs the task flawlessly.

Pavi refinished our clay tile floor. He is meticulous, reliable and the result was excellent. He was on time and made sure we communicated effectively.

We initially hired Pavi to power wash our house and based on the amazingly thorough and beautiful job that he did, and based on what it pleasure it was to work with Pavi, we hired him for all the other exterior home improvement projects we had planned for this summer. I can't say enough about the beautiful work he did. He works with precision and focus on literally every thing he does, and is kind and very fair, which are some of the many reasons we were so happy working with Pavi. He is the hardest worker I have ever hired and by far the most thorough. His work ethic and his diverse and deep skills set him apart from others we had considered for the jobs. I look forward to hiring Pavi for our next project!!

EXCELLENT! Pavvi gave me a time and cost estimate prior to starting the work and he was right on time and overall cost AND it came out great. I wish that I could add photos to show off the great job that Pavvi did. The care that Pavvi took to make each cut and tile placement was outstanding.
