It went so great, Mike and his team kept us in the loop the entire time with progress and when they found anything unexpected as they were removing our old roof, Mike would walk me through it and talk through multiple options until together we reached a good agreement of next steps. They kept the work area clean and it’s nice knowing we have a reliable company to reach out to for future projects.

My experience was excellent with Quality roofing. Mike responded immediately when the leak occurred to help get it fixed. He came to inspect as soon as possible and more importantly, fit the repairs in before a major winter storm that would have increased the damage to my home. Mike and his team were great from the moment he sent up his drone on the estimate to when they finished all the cleanup. They did my and my neighbors roofs in a day (tear-off and replace). Super communicative and helpful throughout the process - and well-priced compared to other estimates.

The project finished good. It was a lot more work than we originally planned for because our building was is in the greatest shape once the old roof came off. Mike is really great to work with. Mike and his crew came when they said they would, and communicated with us every step of the way, and got the job done immediately, which we needed. The job was a little pricey, but it was an emergency so we had to factor that in.

Mike and his team were great! We used them to install a new roof on our condo building and do masonry repair/tuckpointing all along the roofline. Mike was incredibly responsive while coming to give an estimate, putting together our quote, scheduling the job, and then of course the job itself. The job was delayed a couple of weeks due to terrible weather, and Mike kept in contact as we kept pushing the dates until we finally had a few days in a row without rain. He and his team did a great job, with strong attention to detail, doing exactly the work we wanted. We're really pleased with how the new roof turned out. Roof inspection

Mike and his crew did excellent work. We had a complicated job on a 135+ year old rowhome and he was able to salvage some existing materials to keep the cost down, while still keeping the warranty intact. He was honest and responsive throughout, and gave an updated written estimate when the tearoff revealed additional beams that needed to be replaced. The tuckpointing was especially well done- the rebuilt parapet wall looks great and his crew actually did more work than what we contracted for. I would strongly recommend him for masonry or roof replacement.

Terrific work from Mike and his entire team. From the beginning Mike was very timely in his responsiveness, he outlined a detailed scope of work including his approach to the full roof replacement and choices for materials at various price points. We had to delay our project by several months because of cold temps; he followed up as soon as possible int he Spring to get started. He completed the permitting process, communicated a clear work schedule and was courteous to our neighbors during the entire projects. We were very impressed with how hard his entire team worked to complete the project ahead of schedule despite many unforseen issues that came up during the demolition phase. he clearly communicated all of these with us so we could make adjustments quickly and still finish the project on time. Overall we are very pleased with the quality and would recommend Mike and his entire team.

Mike and his crew were great from the get-go. He was the first to respond to my request and remained constantly in contact throughout. His team was able to knock out the full project in just about 3 days, which was great. Mike will also take the time to talk you through every thing every step of the way. He went over everything they were going to do, provided multiple estimates and then took me through the work once it was finished - explaining what they did and why. I would strongly recommend Mike for any similar project, and I've actually already told him I'd like him to come back for future work (tuck pointing, etc.). Please consider Mike if you're planning on work like this! Side note: If you live in Chicago, you know the weather has been less than ideal. Repairing a roof is entirely dependent on weather, so when the project was delayed for reasons outside of his control, Mike still came over and fixed a small leak (no charge) to ensure things remained dry until they could start. Great service all around.

We had a rather urgent situation on our hands in that our skylight was leaking water in our son’s room. Mike and his team came out right away and took care of the issue. The guys could not have been nicer and they will be my first call if I ever need a roofer or tuckpointer again!

Called a few roofers in the middle of the night with no luck till I called quality roofing mike answered the phone and within an hour he and his crew came out and covered the roof with a tarp till morning which helped a lot by the next morning they were back at it again and I must say the company name fits they did a great job start to finish very would recommend quality roofing to anyone will definitely use them again
