"They were great the first year and then consistently went downhill. I ask to come when I was home because of the dogs and every time that was an issue. Then I would pre-pay for 3 -4 services and they either would not come or would do a "fast" spray. The last service for this year I got an email they were coming and then nothing. I know because I have cameras around the house. When I complained they told me they would send some to do the spray (this was a week ago) you know the bugs are really bad in a freeze? Done, will not use anymore and will not recommend."

"Saul Valdez appeared ready and eager to work. Quoted $1400 for the job. I gave him initial payments of $800 "so he could pay his crew", that "just left" the site (I never actually met his "crew" and another $400 so he "could rent a skip loader and come back to do the job right". Guess what? I never saw him again. Left with a mess. No removal. No return calls or texts. Total SCAM ARTIST. Shame on me for trusting this smooth talking kid. I found him through Porch.com."
