Did not realize the cost would escalate from approx. $350.00 (original estimate ) to approx. $1,000 (final cost). Still need to discuss this wit the owner. "Professional, courteous, came on time. the pet odor was taken care of in the back bedroom. Stains removed, carpet looked clean and fresh. I had Tom redo the bottom three stairs to the den. This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours.
