"Bella custom cleaning came to our home where a ceramic tile floor of about 440sqfeet needed cleaning and sealing. They arrived early and we looked at the floor together. We were told that some of the areas would not come clean as new due to how long it had been since the floor had been laid down(about 30 yrs) We understood this issue. The guys worked hard and when the floor had been cleaned and sealed it looked very clean almost like new. We were very pleased. Their work exceeded our expectations. "Keith and Chris arrived as scheduled and were very friendly. They immediately put booties on their shoes. We walked through each room and reviewed the work that needed to be done. Keith asked me about specific areas that I wanted addressed (blue nail polish on the master bedroom carpet...thought it would never come out but they did it).They worked very quickly and were careful about the walls, railings, furniture, etc. I have two small dogs and they made sure that I knew the solutions were safe for pets. The total time of the job was about 90 minutes and they made sure everything was cleaned and put back where they had found it. The carpets look amazing!
