I called Bob on a Saturday morning around 8am, and surprisingly enough, he was able to be here within a few hours. I explained the problem and he answered all of my questions. Lucky for me, I only needed freeon. Seems to be working. He was informative, friendly, and someone I felt I could trust. His prices were reasonable, too. I would recommend him to anyone. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
